National Airlines was a US airline based out of Miami that operated from 1934 to 1980. Dubbed the "Sun King" for their eye-catching livery, National's DC-10s flew their trans-continental routes and was part of the airline's 1972 publicity campaign promoting National's flight attendants with the slogan "I'm Phyllis Fly me."
